Up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed (plus crib if needed), Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, and the charming attic Bedroom 3 has a king bed and sofa bed.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, all rooms have air conditioning and heating. The 60cm thick stone walls also keep the house naturally cool in summer and warm in winter — guests are often surprised how comfortable it stays even on the hottest days.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Absolutely! The kitchen has everything you need: refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils for preparing meals. Many guests love cooking with fresh ingredients from the local market.

The house is just 8km south of Pula, about 15 minutes by car. You can easily visit Pula Arena, the old town, restaurants, and shops, then return to the quiet village atmosphere of Ližnjan.

Pula Airport is approximately 12km away, about 15-20 minutes by car. We can help arrange airport transfers if needed — just ask when booking.

There are 5 beautiful beaches within 3km of the house! Rocky coves perfect for snorkeling, pebble beaches for families, and sandy stretches for sunbathing. Marijana can recommend the best one based on what you're looking for.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexibility with these times, just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome! We provide a free crib for babies (0-2 years) and a high chair upon request. The enclosed garden is safe for kids to play, and nearby beaches are family-friendly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at Holiday Home Marijana. This helps us maintain the property for guests with allergies.

Is the deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The €150 damage deposit required on arrival is fully refunded at check-out as long as there's no damage to the property. We've never had to keep one!
